I would really suggest that you lose of the idea that texturing in the background is necessary. That is the only thing that is negative about this image. I think you should give a little more effort to bring your backgrounds up to the level of your character work. I don't mean to sound unkind. This would really improve the look of several great images in your gallery that I've seen so far. You're very talented!

Nice job. The guy on the right looks a little funny with his hair in the front, sort of like a girl but the rest of the drawing is great. Nice coloring, good job on the detail and beautiful background...
