-can produce soft glowing light either as one ball (like stereotypical magic light) or as several little lights (like fireflies)
-has hydrokinesis

~ Backstory ~

Lukah was born and has been living in the renewal era in relative but not total seclusion. he is very academically inclined and loves to pour himself into his studying, constantly trying to learn new information. hes very quiet when you first meet him, but after you befriend him he will occasionally infodump without really meaning to.

just random facts in no real order:
-has mild social anxiety and avoids social interaction
-super passionate about his interests (which mainly consist of the ecosystem of a small pond he watches over and painting)
-his horn acts as a stinger of sorts (essentially he can punch people and simultaneously stab whoever is attacking him)
-he coats his horn in poison because even though things are more peaceful now, hes heard the stories and had minor bad experiences with humans, and worries that they'll attack him
-very bad at expressing emotion, has a naturally upset looking face (especially when concentrating)
-very quiet and comes off as sort of snobbish until you get to know him better
-can play a couple different instruments and highly appreciates music
-he especially loves listening to soft music while he paints
-he paints mostly abstract art, scenery, or science based stuff (painting studies of the anatomy of various pond organisms, etc)
-not particularly athletic
-sorta lanky, unnaturally long build (long legs, arms, and hands)
-has a short, hairless tail
-is actually hairless on his entire body other than his head and the inside of his ears
-doesnt enjoy swimming but does like just sorta chillin in the water
- it takes a bit of patience to befriend him
-his hooves are sorta like pigs hooves but with 3 parts rather than 2
