Oh, very nice! Its hard to find some Sheba artwork that's quite this good. The summon (Procne is the right spelling I believe. It's been so long) is quite beautiful; the eyes and shape of the head make its appearance more spirit-like (in my opinion) than just a plain old bird. The lightning and storm clouds in the background make for a nice touch too to bring in some energy.
Sheba's eyes are very pretty, and the color choices are all-around quite fitting.

Yeah, there aren't many official artworks where Procne appears, it's a shame 
BTW, That giant bird is a "she", Procne, in the greek mythology was a princess who had a sister, Filomella. Both were transformed in birds (a swallow and a nightingale respectively) by the gods who had pity on the sisters after seeing how a man named Tereus wanted to kill them both, this because Procne made Tereus eat his own son without noticing as a payback for having cut off her sister's tongue because he didn't want her to tell anybody that he had raped her. Tereus was transformed into a hawk so he could chase the bird sisters forever but he'll never have any hope to fulfill his revenge (in GS Dark Dawn, the summon sequence for Procne is more accurate to mythology than the GS/TLA one -as other few summons are-: the bird sisters -Procne and Filomella- can be seen before the giant bird -Tereus- appears, so in theory you don't call the giant bird but the bird sisters who make Tereus launch his attack).

Well... As she is my favorite character I can't say I'll be unbiased here...
Oh, before we get started, hi there! Don't think we've met! I am an asshole, I will tell you exactly what I truly believe, even if I think it'll make you cry. Think I'm exaggerating? Two people have already blocked me because they couldn't handle my bluntness. So there's a bit of disclaimer for you. But really, most people just like me.
Back to the art. Like I said, I am a fan of Sheba so I'll like it no matter what most like. and I do. I REALLY like this. The only thing holding it back is the just... blurry and detail lacking background. If it wasn't for that, I'd have favorited this. And I don't favorite something unless I consider it to be the top tier of art within the style.
My main compliment would be the feeling of depth with Sheba's clothes, you did a stellar job there.
All around, good piece. A feast for the eyes.
