"Estelle! Estelle, come here!" Anelace yelled. Estelle stopped reading her novel, and looked towards the door. There, Anelace came with a saddened despair.
"What is it, Anelace?" Estelle asked with confusion. Anelace pointed to where her lover is.
"It's Joshua! He's been fighting a demon of some sorts! Something that looks like your dead mother!" Anelace said with tears streaming down her eyes. "His face was full of rage when I found him fighting, and mortally injured! He demands our help, Estelle!"
Estelle's eyes widened, her lover Joshua Bright has been with her for months, ever since Ourobourous fell. Now, it's his fate resting in the hands of Estelle. Who has been sitting here in the Bracer Guild Headquaters on guard duty.
"Leave it to me, Anelace!" Estelle pushed her away in determination. "Hang on, Joshua. I WILL SAVE YOU!"

Hahaha. The one who stop caring about Golden Sun is actually enjoying Dark Dawn. Can you believe this. You know it took me a few trips to different storesall not having it until I finally said "Screw it!" and headed to Nintendo World (I also got a Diddy Kong Plushie there). And since I have nobody to fangirl to in real life or on most of the internet, either due to not a big following on the forum I go to or forums devoted to the series scaring me with all their negative affect and hatred to anything new and stuck with nostalgia goggles on I shall turn to you! Yay!
Personally I am enjoying this game a lot. All the characters appeal to me compared to only Sheba appealing to me in the old games. This game got me to smile a few times too. I am not sure how far you are into the game. The villains upset me more than the original antagonists ever did which is a sign of good writing.
I also plan to make a plushie based on one of the playable characters. I bet you can guess who that is.

I am going to guess you'll make a plushie of Sveta, since you showed interest in her with a comic when she was announced. 
That's true about the villians, Blados is such a cocky jerk it's great. In general the character interactions are more interesting because they bicker. XD And the dialogue sounds more natural. I LOVE the parts with Kraden though, he turned even more awesome in 30 years. The battles are a bit too easy, though. You get so many djinni that it's easy to just summon rush every boss. I think I'll just stop using summons so it's more fun. (Cybele is awesome now btw)
I just got the second Mars adept, but I hope to play more this afternoon.

But there are like a bajillion points of no return meaning many Djinn may be missable forever so I guess that sort of balances the numerous Djinn.
Yup I am planning to work on Sveta and perhaps even Amiti. He was just so adorable bowing down to the "Holy Trees". Silly Amiti, you are supposed to do that to Kraden (Oh wait that sounds like a future comic idea).
Sveta is so adorable how she wiggles her ears in the character select screen.

I know I HATE the points of no return this guy in my writing class is always "didja get Haures it's permanently missable" and I'm like GAH NO THIS CANT BE. But did you get Crystallux? There is something really really cool about it but I don't wanna spoil.

I already got it and I assume it is supposed to reference the U.S. commercial. I been following a guide for djinn and summons. It is not 100% spoiler free but I really want to complete the djinn and summon collection on the first play through so yeah gotta risk being spoiled.
Did you see THAT scene yet? I am not sure where you are (I just got the last playable character) but whoa this game has surprisingly mature themes.

I have Himi, yeah... not sure what scene you are referring too, though? I do think the game is surprisingly dark at times. I felt emotionally impacted in certain parts.

Yeah, that really was sad. My friend today was like "I'm glad he died he was a jerk!" but that's not true, he was an honorable character who cared for his ship and family.

I finally beat the main game. I found it so awesome that my favorite character was important to the overall plot. Now how many of my favorite characters get to achieve that? Not many as I usually have an affinity for unusual characters.

XD Yeah, I remember you writing about that in the ToK News once, none of your favorites got much fame or something... Sveta really was the best character, she had the most backstory at least. She was interesting.
I thought the ending left a BIT too much for the next game... kind of left me feeling like I had accomplished nothing, in a way. Still was a great game though, I bet the next will be amazing.

Time to wait another 7 years for it. I wonder if Isaac and co knows just what their children went through. I did watch a video about someone using a hack to walk through walls and walk to unacceptable places. Isaac and Garet's cabin was covered by the eclipse on the map. When the player went to the cabin area Garet was there but it was in Japanese so I do not know if it has anything said plotwise or if it is something said in the beginning of the game.
The game's plot is very odd. I feel satisfied beating the game and restoring light to the world correcting the mistake of unleashing the eclipse yet at the same time I felt like the plot was going in a circle.I guess it is trying to pull a Broken Seal and set up for the next game as Broken Seal did for The Lost Age. Oh I hope Sveta is playable again. Darn you royal responsibilities. I just want to use the beast form again and stuff in the next game.
The final main story boss was hard. I also learned recently that it is possible to mind read the characters when Sveta gets Matthew's soul. Grrrrrrr.... I don't feel like going through Chaos chimera again but I am so curious when the other characters are thinking. The only one people really posts about is Amiti's mind read which reads that he has a sudden interest in Alex, further giving evidence that Alex is his father. If you ever plan to defeat Chaos Chimera again, do you mind mind reading the characters for me? I don't feel like going through this game for a while. I will however tackle the final bonus boss some time later.
Also good memory of what I wrote ages ago. Even I forgot about that. Remember the time I posted about Mia being unworthy because of the TLA ending? If I was back in the Temple I would write a followup because her children are learning under Kraden.
