It's Lightning Kitty, an original design of the individual who commissioned her. She is loosely based off of Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII.
She is 9 inches in height including the top of her ears and 12 inches in length. She is made entirely out of long faux fur and minky.
She is a commission.
