Thanks i feel short on titles when i had done this - it comes with another name everywhere else - Fracture -Β  thatΒ΄s much more descriptive .

yep , this is one of the spare heads i have been designing .Β 

maybe a passionate red rather than angry red . lots and lots things to do with making this .
canvas is 20 years old , i painted over it third time now - the head is emerging from the past .
itΒ΄s emerging from the past also because i scratched lots of paint off and thereΒ΄s some parts
of the earlier paintings showing throught .

I feel like this added bit of information helps explain it. There's so much history and thought and feeling hidden in here and I was wondering what the story was. This is really interesting that you'd keep painting and scratching at a canvas to create this.

I LOVE this type of painting. Do you plan it to end like this or did it just happen as you went along? (I ask because I would not know how to approach doing something like this, or other abstracts for that matter.)

thanks for loving it . I started this as a different painting , but it endet as something else .
I followed some plan in how to make this , not so much for what i was making .
Most of the time i create as i go .
