Don't ask me what's going on here because in all honesty I had set out with the intention of making a zombie picture and although I spent the best part of three hours this afternoon hunting for useable zombie stock I somehow ended up with this.More a practice than anything else for when I (hopefully) get round to making my Romero tribute.
Probably destined for scraps,I just wanted to make sure I had something to show for my wasted afternoon.

Great composition here Matt....a little shadowing for the girl in the background and you have it down pat.

She was a real pain to blend in without the colours blotching up.....I think I'll leave the manips to the professionals for awhile....Im glad I did it thouh because it gives me far more respect for what you and other manipulators do.

Well I for one am glad you turned your hand to it again. I think you should keep it up. Its a great piece and you have the eye for great composition. The rest is just practice.

nice idea and good atmosphere, though the light on the girl in the back seems off and it doesn't really look like she belongs on that leveled step thing that she is sitting/laying on. She is also not really aiming the gun in the right direction

Ahhhhh it's a step..it sounds rediculous but I didn't realise before that it was a step,I thought perhaps it was just a shadow....I even added some shadow to her leg to try and make it fit...Im such an idiot.

nicely done! great composition overall, the atmosphere, color palette, and concept are well accomplished. my only complaint is that the girl in the background doesn't blend with the environment she's placed in... it's shadow, i think, and maybe the angling of her position isn't flush with the floor...
