Description
I wasn’t able to find an NPC template so I decided to just improvise and use the staff template which I found on Phoenix-Manga’s tumblr which I recommend you check out.

But anyway, I decided to give Stellara a steampunk like look to her and also gave her overalls since she’s constantly running around or inventing stuff. So the pants would be really convenient for her. I also gave her the same eye shape as her big sis Florynsalis as a way to show that they are related. I also decided to make her be besties with Ortho because I think they would get along. Just two little kid geniuses who have deep bonds with their respective older siblings.

Stellara, like her older siblings, wears victorian, vintage style clothing with a touch of steampunk. She prefers to wear pants or short skirts so it is easy for her to move in and often wears plain blouses. She likes wearing cream, brown, brass and gold colors since they are very convenient for her to wear due to her always getting dirty. Stellara also wears goggles even indoors.

History
Stellara was born as the youngest daughter of the Eirene family of Enótita and the younger sister of Florynsalis and Valdennio.

At an early age, Stellara showed a high amount of technomancy potential, which she had inherited from her father, Fylakas and a curious and adventurous personality. She was the most hyperactive of her siblings and would run around both the castle and the nearby forests.

She got along really well with her father since he was also very passionate about inventing and had the same sociable and hyperactive personality. He helped nurture her tech magic and taught her everything he knew about machinery.

Stellara also spent a lot of time with her older siblings. She would follow her big sis Florynsalis around and play dress up with her. With her big bro, she would often play pranks on him, such as putting glue on his painting stool or replacing his red and yellow paint with ketchup and mustard. This always led to Valdennio chasing her around the castle for hours until their parents or sister broke them up.

Everything was peaceful for her, until her oldest sister’s fifthteenth birthday. Both their mother and father had been stabbed to death in their bedroom. Even though she was young, she had a feeling on how bad the situation was for her family, especially her big sis who became more quiet and didn’t want to play with her as much. Stellara tried every trick she knew to cheer her big sis up. From jokes to magic tricks, but nothing worked.

Not long after, Stellara was sent to Diamond Crown Academy with her older siblings and her big sissies friend. When they arrived, her sister was sorted into Rosadormienti and a private quarters was arranged at the dormitory just for them. Complete with a bathroom, a small kitchen, a fireplace, a comfy sitting room and three cozy bedrooms.

While Stellara was extremely excited, she couldn’t help but feel sad about her parent’s deaths and how gloomy her sister became. So Stellara decided to make it her mission to one day find a way to cheer her sister up.

As a twelve year old, Stellara is hyperactive, playful and mischievous. She is always running around and exploring the campus grounds and is excited about her eventual enrollment into the school. She’s always chasing small animals around and climbing the trees and towers in Rosadormienti which leads her to get incredibly dirty.

While she can be childish and a prankster, she loves her older siblings dearly and is always there to help lift their spirits when they feel down. She also loves anything tech related and is very creative. She will spend her free time inventing small mechanical devices such as mini steam powered carriages and mechanical birds. Although she is very scatterbrained and will often make a mess with her tools and inventions.

Contrary to her childish attitude, Stellara is very intelligent for her age and knows her way around any piece of technology. She is a quick learner and is able to learn new things quickly, unless she isn’t interested in whatever she’s being taught. Her boldness also knows zero bounds. She always gets right up into everything, but doesn’t know personal boundaries. Stellara is always looking for an exciting adventure and believes there is no challenge she can’t take.

As soon as these two met, they instantly became pranksters in crime. Stellara and Allison quickly bonded over their shared love of mischief and adventure. When these two are together, it can be a recipe for trouble.

Like with Allison, Stellara also quickly bonded with Cerule over their similar adventurous, mischievous and playful personalities.

Florynsalis worries that Allison and Cerule are being “bad influences” to Stellara due to her worrying about her younger sister’s safety and her paranoia.

Headmistress Citrouille is very warm and caring to Stellara and sometimes invites her and her older siblings into her office and tell them stories about the high jinks their mother and aunt got into during their student years at Diamond Crown Academy. Night Raven College
Stellara secretly snuck onto NRC campus through the magic doorway in Flutterwacken when she accidentally fell through it while exploring the dorm. Florynsalis
Florynsalis is Stellara’s oldest sister by three years. Stellara is close with her big sister and greatly looks up to her. Ever since the death of their parent’s, Florynsalis took up a motherly role towards Stellara and has become more fiercely overprotective which sometimes leads her to helicopter parent Stellara, which greatly annoys her and sometimes makes her feel like her older sister doesn’t trust her enough. Despite this, Stellara still wishes to help her sister and does everything she can to cheer her up.

Valdennio
Valdennio is Stellara’s second oldest and only brother by two years. The two have very drastically different personalities. Valdennio is much more serious and organized which greatly contrasts Stellara’s hyperactive and disorganized personality. She also enjoys pulling pranks on her older brother. This often leads the two to argue a lot, but Florynsalis knows how to keep them both in line. Even though they are very different, Stellara still cares deeply for her brother and he cares for her just as much.

Queen Viktoriya
While Stellara wasn’t as close to her mother as she was to her father, she still loved her mother nonetheless and enjoyed hearing stories from her.

King Fylakas
Fylakas was the late father of Stellara. She got along really well with him and inherited both her technical skills and creativity from him. His death greatly saddened Stellara, but she hides this from others, including her siblings, as she doesn’t want to worry them.

Queen Regent Maria
Maria is Stellara’s maternal aunt. Maria and Stellara have a good relationship since they both enjoy playing dress up and Stellara loves the gifts her aunt would give her.

Tanamira
Stellara greatly admires her sister’s close friend Tanamira. To her, Tanamira is like a cool older sister and a second mom figure alongside her older sister. Stellara is being taught self defense and combat magic by Tanamira, but she often forgets about her lessons or blows off training to go play.

Fawlynn
Fawlynn is very protective of Stellara and acts very motherly and affectionate towards her. Fawlynn will often remind Stellara to put her things away and keep an eye on her from above to ensure she doesn’t get into trouble. Although sometimes, Stellara can sneak out of Fawlynn’s line of sight.

Pet
Tink
Tink is a light brown deer mouse that Stellara befriended when she arrived at DCA and found him scurrying around the Rosadormienti dorm. Tink likes to help Stellara with her inventions by bringing her small gears and scraps to use as materials. Stellara made him a miniature pair of aviator goggles which he wears on his head.

Dede
Dede is a small sentient steampunk robot that Stellara built with her father when she was ten. While Dede isn’t able to verbally talk, he can make beeping sounds in morse code to communicate with others. The only people who can understand him are Stellara, Val, Florynsalis, Tanamira, Maria, Fawlynn, Tink and surprisingly Segamore’s dorm leader Elu Sorrel. Dede is very courageous, loyal, assertive and sassy, but is as mischievous as Stellara.

He has a small built-in taser and he knows how to use it.

Techno Connecto: Stellara’s signature magic is technomancy, which allows her to connect with and control any piece of technology and machinery, both magical and non magical. Despite her young age, she is very skilled at using this form of magic.

High energy: She has a high amount of energy and hardly gets tired easily. Thus, she can outrun an adult and be difficult to catch.

Speed: Stellara is incredibly fast on her feet. She is very difficult to keep up with.
