This kind of thing happens at my house a lot. Our family time consists of watching a movie/TV series on DVD in the evening over wine. The only way we manage is by making a list of all our movies and crossing them off as we watch them.

I was only renting the DVDs while I was at university, and now I'm no longer there and can't rent their library DVDs.
