Adopted this fella's design from Venomous-CookieTwT again, made minor changes as well but they did a great job with following my 'queen of hearts' theme I wanted for him

Name: Jules
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Asexual/Panromantic
Parents: Husk x Angel Dust

Personality: Sarcastic, Charming, Has a temper, Creative, Generally pretty happy

Abilities: Jules has the ability of temptation and control, this meaning he can tempt those around him to obey him, however this ability is also entirely dependent on the will of the person he's using it on, those with stronger wills are able to resist and Jules is aware of this fact, only using this ability where he's certain it will work.

Jules was born in hell by Angel Dust (again, demon magic, AU, fun times) with Husk as his father, a fair while after his parents had begun their path to redemption. While they had become slightly better people than they used to be it seemed heaven still eluded them, They made the best of Hell though for however long they'd exist there and Having Jules (their oldest) followed by Ember and Tux (middle and youngest) gave them plenty of to do in the mean time. Jules lives in Charlie's Hotel with the rest of the crew and works as an entertainer (of clean wholesome fun of course-- He mostly just sings and does some comedy skits) and he quite enjoys his life doing as such, when he's feeling like he wants to get away though he hops to bars around pentagram city and has some drinks and sometimes some mischief using his abilities to get people to give him money or buy him something- that sort of thing. He also really enjoys drawing when he's at home in the hotel and of course loves his siblings to death.
