great job, some little things though
1. Taskbar resize bar is not working correctly
2. Space between last item and arrow in systemtray is unnecessary great
3. Startmenu is huge
4. Startbutton is ugly - sorry you can do way better than that (

1] May be but i had to ... there is not visible "resize bar" , jast a full transparent image top of the startmenu , size of it is * x "1 px" so you must have mood .

3] the same size of "windows Aero" skin !
4] it's just a litte dark

I mean the arrow to expand trayarea is about an icons size away from the last visible icon, thats unnecessary, and maybe you can move it some pixels to the right
I did some changes to the bar, looks now like this. The arrow thing is marked on the screen too.

This distance is less in my ps but you can fix that if you have skinstudio ! you can google it . i had seen it [ free ]

omg finally your best skin EVER !!!!! , the bars work fine, the start button works great, the fonts are nice, there is no ugly logo on the start menu, to ruin the skin, the little effects work great, very well done indeed, this will be the first skin you have made that i could use
