Ah no problem, u had some really good points to make. Obviously its not all black and white but the popularity aspect does become somewhat frustrating.
Im resigned to the fact that im a poet and naruto fan-art is gonna get more recognition than i do, i just wish people werent so sheep like.

Hey! I don't know if this is the filters you are talking about.. but filters are a kind of a effect list in Photoshop that you can use to manipulate your pictures with... Got it? Hope this helps
