where do you see ghosts?

i see ghosts in the light thrown by childhood memory. i see ghosts in doppelgangers and in the space in which a heartbeat falls. i see ghosts in religion and fear. i see ghosts in hands and clinging to the floorboards of certain houses. most of the time i don't see them at all, but feel them. but the moments in which they're seen feel so much heavier than others

i see most ultimate reason in the supremely rational acceptance of meaningless chaos. i see ghosts in the ludicrously simple things that people kid themselves about. i see that when i visit another country, every person i see is in exact correspondance to someone i have seen or known at home. i see people as ghosts in the way the world confuses them over its polarity, negativity, positivity, presence, absence, eternity, oblivion.
i don't see ghosts in reason, therefore i see them everywhere.
