Despite neither of them wanting their time together to end, it eventually had to come. As reality steadily became more and more difficult to ignore, the lovestruck pair eventually had to go their seperated ways. Having managed to escape the library through an unlocked window sometime around dawn, the two soon said their goodbyes, hearts aching as they parted. 

Now knowing the truth, Alistair made as great of an effort as he could to try and find time to be alone with Kal. Even if it was only for a few short mintues the Scotsman would rather have that then nothing. Unfortunately for them...things around the school were only getting worse. More students began disappearing, to the point where the inner workings of the forest were completely cut off from use. With that watch over the students only grew more sharp and strict, that only making things worse for Alistair who's aching heart desperately yearned for the embrace of the man he so greatly cherished. Many of his attempts to sneak off and find Kal were shutdown before he could even make it very far. Though no matter how many times he was scolded, chastised, or even threatened with punishment, he didn't stop trying to come up with better ways going by undetected. He had never been one for rules before, but nothing was going to get in his way of being with Kal. Or at least...that's the mindset he held, even as weeks began to pass, time together scant if even existent at all. Things only got worse when Alistair was given a 'special' assignment.

By the rule of the administration he and a few other students gifted with crafting and building skills by their godly parent, were tasked with refurbishing and increasing the inventory of the school's armoury. Not really having been given armoury choice to accept or deny the task, Alistair was sent off to the forge within the forest, conditions making things feel as though they were slaves more than anything. They'd been stuck there for nearly two weeks now and he only thing keeping the redhead from refusing to do anymore work was the small glimmer of hope he held onto; That if once all this labor was finished...he would finally be able to see Kal again

If I'm being honest. I'm really turned off to the whole nation roleplay scene recently. It's not really as fun as it used to be and I've gotten tired of constant drama and crap like that :/ like I have been roleplaying in the nation fandom for a while and honestly I've had so many bad encounters that I don't feel up to roleplaying Kal anymore. It's exhausting really and I was thinking about posting a journal saying Kal is basically a private muse now and I'll only rp him on skype if people are interested

Elizabeth blinked a bit up at the other. Malta huh? A small smile formed over the Hungarian woman's lip's as she uttered a quiet "Thank you" to the other. Crossing her arm's over her chest she closed those toxic green eyes for just a second. "Would you mind showing me around?" Once she opened them she let out a small sigh and tilted her head off to one side, a small laugh escaping her lips. "That is, if you are able to?" she asked again, her voice never wavering from it's gentle edge. She had honestly come here to look around and enjoy the culture within the country. She was always up for learning new things and taking in the scenery of any place that was not hers. Even of her greatest enemy's she love's to take mental notes and pay attention to the details of their buildings and street's, as long as the way their people held them self's. It was just a little hobby she had when she was out and around.
She honestly had no idea what to make of her situation, since she had never rely been around here, but none the less she found her self already enjoying the place greatly. It looked so beautiful and lively.

Coffee straining his lips as he eyes her for a moment, pensive expression met with a quirked brow
as he hums softly to himself, the warm energizing liquid meeting his tongue and almost instantly invigorating
him, Kal slid his eyes shut momentarily before humming lightly to himself. 

"Depends on what ya wanna see."

The words are soft as he returns his mug to its place upon the small cafe table, hands folding together as he 
shrugs lightly to himself at her inquiry.

"Welp, this is sorta my job."

As he gestures quietly to the surrounding scenery he nods a bit to himself in assurance. He was indeed roped
into a meeting today, not that it was an issue, though he certainly would've appreciated a warning at the very
least if nothing else.

"I could show ya around, but you'll wanna narrow that down to somethin' more specific."

Elizabeth raised a brow to the other, a small laugh escaping her lips. "Narrowing down what I want to see?..." she paused for a second before she started to mess with her sleeves again. "Well, I have a nic for seeing the details of another country...I like to study up on almost everything..So honestly, I don't know what I would narrow anything down to." She let those green eyes slide off to the side "while I am more interested within your history, I would like to know almost everything I can get in?...with my time here that is." She was having a little bit of trouble deciding what she wanted to see the most "do you have any..uhm...well historical sites I could see? possibly any folk lore I could read, or any places of importance?". She paused and sheepishly scratched the back of her neck "like I have said, I m interested in everything and anything you can show me...Anything your willing to show me." She replied before she let her eyes flicker back to look at the other. A small laugh, once again bubbling from her throat, it was more of an awkward laughter though. Something that defined the fact that she was afraid of messing anything up.

Another drag of his cigarette wafts from his lips as he cocks his
head to the side at her, the reply she offers one that certainly isn't expected
though he hums to himself, leaning back and thinking for a moment on the
subject of what to see.

"History..."

Certainly a touchy subject indeed, though he simply shrugs that off for
favor and not letting anyone see exactly how bothered he is by that
subject. Letting out a soft sigh, bringing his legs down from the table
he rubs the back of his neck.

"Nautical museum's not too far."
"Guess we could start there if ya want."

Truth be told he was still rather unsure. While that was his favorite
museum on the mainland he wasn't exactly keen on explaining the past
behind each ship.
