Just change your password regularly, and if you get or see any comments with a "click here" link in them that go to what looks like a DA login, don't fill it out cause thats how they get your info and take over your profile

What you are gonna do is look up at the top of the screen. You see your username there with a little arrow pointing down at the end of that? Click on that and click on the "Edit Settings" button.
That should take you to a screen where you can change your personal information. The next thing below that should be a way to change your password. Take it from there and don't fill out any login pages that come in comments
If that doesn't help let me know. You can customize a lot of your DA from the different parts in that page to.
