i had the terrible job of hurting my girlfriend a lot. i don't get to go to Europe on business this time around....meaning she doesn't go to Europe with me, meaning i got both our hopes up, spent 7x what a passport should cost (rush, other costs, blah), let her down. The rest of the day didn't go much better. It's like just getting kicked 180 in the ass and your goal has been changed so it's in front of you, but a long way away.
That sounds pretty retarded, but hey...long day....herbal unwind....Cat Soup....goddamn, that mother is fucked way up.

well. that cost is just the total of all the shit i had to do to get it. paying for ppl searches, next-day air birth-certs, same-day (basically private carrier) for the passport, which was already more for the expidited (sp?) nature...let's see, what else, numerous fuckups on pics, state dept website being wrong, and so yeah, it came out to way, waaaayyy more than a passport should be. On top of that, i was so fucking pissed by the time i got to the photo's, i'm pretty sure i look like a carreer-murderer or some such.
i'm still pissed.
