I'm afraid you're mistaken, I'm not nice at all. Bwahaaha...just kidding ok. Well, I'm not sure what the issue is regarding the profile photo, do u see it when you upload it but it doesn't appear on your profile? Are you following their requirements? Size, file type etc.. 'An avatar image file should be a 50x50 px PNG, JPEG or GIF image that is smaller than 15 KB' If you're over, the limit despite the pixel size, make sure you save the file as 'save for web' which will reduce the size. As for the emoticons, are you typing the correct keys for a given expression. Just click the where it says 'Emoticons' in the lower right corner whenever you type in a comment box, and that will show you a listing of what symbols to type for each emoticon. When you put your cursor to the photo, you'll see "change your avatar" option...Good luck
