i. owen looked up from the man he was strangling in the alleyway to see none other than medusa drop down from a rooftop, not too far away from him.
ii. of course, he had no idea who she was, but she was very obviously a hero.
iii. owen let out a dramatic grunt, rolling his eyes.
"am i not allowed to take someone's life in this city without having to deal with one of you spandex freaks?"
iv. without hesitation, he pressed the buttton on his switchblade, firing the blade out of the handle before shoving the blade up into the old man's skull.
v. he shivered a little from doing it, it was just so pleasurable.
vi. leaning against the wall that the body had once been on before sliding to the floor, he sighed.
"deed's done, you can't save him. would you mind moving on now? there's no need for conflict, just walk away."

(i.) the young stark gestured to the open seat beside the girl, knowing fully well that this particular seat was one of the few that remained unoccupied. the brunette glanced over to the rest of the packed bus, hoping that this lady would allow her to sit.

*Flying to the jewelry store that was obviously being broken into, Tony mumbled and grumbled about whether the cops should handle this when he noticed something blue flash across the rooftops before landing at the scene of the crime.
*The hell was that?
"Huh...Don't see this every day."
*Landing on the nearest rooftop, Iron Man watched as a woman in a blue costume stormed in to take care of the robbers.
*He should help out, but his curiosity was getting the better of him.
*He'll sit out until the situation called for his actual help.
*He'd just get in the way if he popped up now.

[ / | rolling over, she managed to narrowly avoid their gunshots and get to it, knocking over the thing and spilling water all over the floor ]

[ / | pressing her hands to the ground she sent electricity pulsing through the water, just briefly enough to knock the guys out but hopefully not kill ]
[ / | now all she'd have to do is tie them up and wait for the cops to get there ]

*He made sure to keep away from the water.
*I mean, not that it would do anything, but it would be a real hassle just dealing with all the notifications of extra energy in his suit without a proper way to dispel all of it.

"So you new around here or have you been doing this for a while? Feel like I would have known about a blue superhero roaming through my city without a care in the world like a long time ago. Maybe someone did tell me and I missed the memo. A fault on my part, really."
*He seemed very relaxed and talkative for a hero, but then again he was like that even outside of the suit.
*This was just who he was.
