He knew that the italians had copied plenty of his songs during the WW2, some of them had made it into soviet stations back then and had gained popularity. But hat Konstantin never did as the figure of the Soviet Union was to enjoy a day to see what made the brothers so famous: their heritage left by Rome.
Unlike them, Kuznetsov didn't have an ancestor to call grandpa, just other nations to call brothers and sisters that he treated like daughters and sons, but his culture was just a mash up of theirs, the only thing that made them his on was his focus and impulse he gave to each one on his time...he couldn't have known that they would get rid of him the way they did. The worst was that now they all enjoyed what he built as their on, only mentioning him from time to time. Bastards.
Deep in thoughts, he barely noticed that he had gotten into another hall of the Coliseum, originally he intended to go to the seats and just watch, but no he as somewhere into the arena or more likely under the seats, but that was met with his fascination. Ignoring completely that he might not be alone.

Damianus had noted the presence of the stranger as he arrived, though had not given away his position just yet. the man seemed to be a rather serious man, not like the typical teenaged visitors that attempted to sneak in time to time. Considering he practically had been living under a rock since the fall of his empire, he had no clue who the man was, not recognizing his facial features nor his uniform. He certainly did not appear to be a tourist, or whatever the security called them as hoards of people entered on a daily basis. Thankfully today was a closed day for the Colosseum, or so he thought, as this man had managed to work his way inside. A thin frown appeared on his face though he did not urge himself to go to him, content with just observing the man.
He quietly reflected on the days in which he saw fights occur here, and even at times he participated in them as well. Although they were cruel and merciless fights, he nevertheless enjoyed them very much so, and missed them because they were a part of his culture. Damianus clenched his fist at the memories of Rome during those days overtake them, an unnameable emotion entering his system. He was quite a bitter man, often longing for those days of greatness and glory, though he understood that time must go on, and that everything had an end.
He picked himself from the spot he had positioned himself in and decided to speak to the man, guessing that he would have a much different perspective from himself. Over the years, one thing had improved greatly for the old Roman, and that was his acceptance of differing perspectives. As a young man he only focused on the perspectives that mattered and now he looks at others' perspectives as well, it was quite interesting really.
