Arthur's a a little angel with short blond hair and green eyes. He's about the heigh of a palm and weights very little. His wings are not full grown yet, so he cannot fly much and he gets very tired from doing so. He is as innocent as a little child, and does not know much swear words.
His "parents" are Alfred F. Jones, the representation of U.S.A, and Arthur Kirkland, the representation of England. Even if the latter acts as he dislikes him, he is quite fond of him and takes care of him as much as Alfred does.

He's quite confident and happy, but will get shy and awkward when facing people he admires or likes. He also gets really flustered when talking about his crush, so he likes to evade the subject. He loves to make new friends.
He's the huggy-clingy type and gets scared easily.
