Complex ginger girl- but not the soul-less kind...I love, I laugh, I live; and do so without regret.
I adore my family and my wonderful friends and enjoy spending my free time with them.
I am a spiritual individual who identifies as Pagan and I am proud to say I act as a guide and teacher to those I am blessed to find in my circle and to call my kindred. I love nature and feel my most passionate when I am one with her.
I am an English tutor, and entrepreneur. I am owner/operator of a popular metaphysical jewelry and tarot shop - and most importantly, I am also a full-time mommy to my two little boys.
[They are the light in my life, the air that I breathe, my daily reminder of everything I was meant for... they are my world.]
I have tons of poetry dating back to 2005 and earlier, currently I am just adding some of my all-time faves.

Mostly, yes. I've also recently begun work on a new story. I've had difficulty writing as of late though - I've been dealing with depression. It's just been a tumultuous time for me lately, and my creative spirit has somewhat diminished.

I am sorry to hear that. The works you have up currently are lovely. I write best when I am brooding or depressed- nothing comes to me or speaks to me when I am content... Poetry is my steady companion when I am at my darkest hour. Good luck with your story.

Thank you for your kind words. They truly mean a lot to me. I'm just a brutal self-critic, and my confidence is virtually non-existent, at this point. Poetry has always been my companion as well... it's always been a gentle hand to pull me from the darkness. Sometimes though, it just doesn't come to me. Thank you for wishing me luck with my story. I wish you the best in all your creative endeavors as well.

NP, well deserved. Your free verse works are very impressive. It is rare that I come across pieces that are not traditional and have them catch my eye. I am often very critical of my own free verse, it is a difficult form to perfect. Bravo.

Thanks again for the support^^ When I first started writing about fourteen years ago (wow, where did all that time go?) I started with rhyme and structures. It took a while for me to feel confident enough to deviate from the fixed forms and focus more on figuring out my own style, and it's only been in the last year or so that I feel like I've like I've found my voice, though I always get a little scared if I go too long without inspiration. I have a bit of an inferiority complex so I always have to remind myself of the compliments I've received to stay confident.
