Air Force, and it's a basically slugging through two more years of work so I can go back to college XP

oh gosh i was worried when ya didn't respond that either something was wrong or ya were mad at me for being gone again but i'm glad that yr ok and it's totally fine that ya didn't respond right away i kind of stopped coming on again after no one responded to my messages for a while and then today i just decided to check back bc i googled art and da came up and i was like "oh shit that's a thing" haha

i'm glad yr doing well and yay winter break is always great

I actually did exactly the same thing! I always forget that deviantART exists for some reason... Tumblr truly has ruled my internet presence... but I'm going to post stuff now!

Yus, winter break!! And you start on the 24th?? That's so close to Christmas, you'd think they'd give you more time to celebrate and travel or whatever people do for the holidays...
Enjoy Senior year, you're on top of the whole school for a year, it feels pretty cool and empowering! XD

I'm at the University of the Incarnate Word, even though I'm agnostic I go to a private Catholic university, haha. But I like the program I'm in, it's small and filled with learning and the people are great!

I'm a Sophomore going into my second semester and I'm taking...
1. Color Theory
2. Interactive Design I: Basic Design Language
3. Graphic Design I: Introduction to Visual Communication
4. Art History: Renaissance to Modern

I also have a work-study part-time job thing so that's why I'm not taking too many classes and just taking the minimum...

Aww, yeah the endless cycle of home life never ends huh? I'm actually on one of my brighter ends of the cycle, nothing crazy has happened recently but I'm sure something will happen in a month or two that'll make me want to move out again. I hope it does get better for you though and that you get out of that soon! And don't miss school, it's good for you!

it's a good thing that i'm not going anywhere like u said haha
and yeah i still haven't really realized that i'm a senior tho haha like we split each of our high school grades into 4 "sections" or advisories so that the first number is yr grade number and the second number is ur advisory by alphabetical order and they go 9.1 9.2 etc so i keep thinking i'm in like 10.2 and it's really weird haha *shrug*

and oh ok i've honestly never heard of that until now but it sounds interesting
i'm an atheist and i really don't want to go to a catholic university for that reason so i understand the weirdness to a certain extent
but i'm really glad that yr enjoying it c:
it's important to like where u r for college and stuff like that

what kind of job is it (does it have to do w/ art)

and no it really doesn't end but it's not really stuff that makes me want to move out it's just more like a lot of people have been dying in my family and my mom and i r p sick and i've been getting into fights w/ extended family (who don't live w/ me luckily) and also just things that i consider home life that don't really happen at home (like finding out that my friend's boyfriend is abusing her)

I hope you had a good Christmas! I waited until I was back on my laptop to reply to this longer reply so sorry for this reply being late... And that's a cool way to do the school system thingy, sounds really organized! o:

Yeah it's not very big, it's actually pretty small which I wanted because lots of people kinda scare me lol.
Yeah, it's funny because I went to a religions class (mandatory) and it was VERY obvious in class discussion that I wasn't catholic/christian... so that was a little awkward lol

It's an office job, so it's right up my alley! I do paperwork and help with stuff for the Grants Accounting office. They basically provide funds for different programs/projects and we look after the money and paper work and do their budgets and stuff. It's pretty fun and helps me out since I'm planning on running my own studio so I should know the business side of it all with the money and such.

Ahh okay well I'm glad you don't want to move out, but I'm sorry the bad things are happening! D: And no worries, never tmi with me because I'm way too nosey haha! I hope things get better for you and if you wanna talk it out I'm open for it!

Haha, that was more with the students for me honestly. Like the teacher is really understanding of different faiths because we have a lot of foreign students, so he doesn't impose anything, it's mostly everyone else glaring a certain way...

Oh yeah, if you can then definitely take a class and see if you like it! It's not for everyone so it'd be good to take it now before you go to a college and waste your money/time on it.

Ah no worries, I do that a lot too honestly. Unless it's about something I'm super passionate about, I usually get to the point in my replies...

Well, I believe I'm what people would call a "hipster" haha. I listen to a lot of indie music on Spotify, but I also like some top pop hits, 80's rock, and some techno-ish stuff. I also like Ninja Sex Party (they're a comedy band I super like) and their style because it's like a mix of 80's rock and technologic stuff...? I like a lot of stuff besides super heavy metal and most country and rap. There's some rap I like, such as eminem and twenty-one pilots, but mostly I'm indifferent or I don't like the constant talking about either money, sex, or drugs... sigh.

As for movies, I actually usually don't like watching movies, so I have a hard time picking favorites... Marvel movies are cool to me, I'm a sucker for watching rom-coms, and I like the animated movies as well like spirited away, wolf children, and howl's moving castle. That sort of stuff.

How about you? Music and movies? Also T.V. shows if you want to share!
