The humidity is about 80% today, and the temperature's at 80 too.

But besides that and the West Nile scare, Texas is awesome so far! We had a very light shower today, and it was hilarious to watch all the natives running and ducking for cover under overhangs or umbrellas, because back home, that rain wouldn't even merit being on the local weather channel.

Seriously, I could start losing weight just by going outside and sitting at high noon for half an hour. It is HOT. At least 90% of all buildings have A/C, though, so it's perfectly survivable.
