Thought I'd get your opinion on some lore I added to my superhero universe!
Conundrum LORE: Eldritch AbominationsWhile the mysterious being known as Conundrum hasn't revealed much information involving Eldritch Abominations to Professor Keel(the astrobiologist put in charge of studying him), he has revealed a key detail about them.
Due to the work of many sci-fi writers, one more often imagines Eldritch Abominations as mind-numbingly horrifying creatures. And while they can be exactly this, they can also be "mind-numbingly anything" according to Conundrum. What this means is that they can personify any theme, trait, or characteristic in the multiverse. Whichever theme, trait or characteristic they personify will be exaggerated so intensely that trying to understand these characteristics can lead to irreversible madness.
Luckily, there has yet to be any confirmed Eldritch Abomination sightings. Only time will tell if it will stay that way.

Hello Crisis-Comics!
I was hoping to get some opinions on an idea I had for a superhero team!
You see, it occurred to me that a lot of superhero teams(especially the popular ones like the Avengers and Justice League) are not only composed of more powerful heroes, but also deal with larger-scale problems.
So, I thought it'd be a good idea to make a team of less powerful, more rural superheroes!
I call them "Hometown Heroes"!
If you could let me know what you think of the concept, that'd be awesome!

I was just wondering: How do you find the themes for your characters? I know you use youtube links, so I'm assuming you look them up there, but is there a way that you know what song would fit a particular character?

Well it's a mixture of what I've recently listened to at any given time (Albums, selections, and OSTs), my own personal music preferences (Heavy Metal, Classical, and Soundtracks, among others), and most importantly how well I think the character would mesh well with the theme I've given them.
The themes, in my mind, are what would play when the character...
-Enters a tense scene
-Fights in a Major Battle
-Is just minding their own business- somewhat like a leitmotif.
As a result, I choose the songs with the personality and backstory in mind, so that their elements and the music can blend together nicely (paying attention to the genre and lyrics for anything that can severely clash). Thus- your character Mr. Broadway, who seems to me like a very cultured, yet bold villain, would receive Stoning from The Big O as his theme: www.youtube.com/watch?v=clNe1I⦠.
