I had a look at Throw Rocks And Spit Raps. I think:
You're a good producer, as was said before, but I was a bit put off by some of the female voice samples.
Your rapping isn't bad, though some of the lyrics were a bit iffy. Good rhythm, though. I showed my mate and he said you sound inexperienced; there's only one way to fix that: keep making more.

Look for something you'll enjoy, then go for entry-level. Be the best at that level and the bosses will take notice. You won't be at entry-level for very long.
Maybe signing up with a temp agency might help. Or several temp agencies. That's how I had gotten a good job back in the '90's. Worked my tail off as a temp, the company kept asking for me back, and eventually they hired me.
