Maybe more. You never know. Three is quite an odd number when it comes to arms so he/she/it probably has more. Or at least had more in the past.This was just a quick AW-doodle but now it's kind of a finished drawing. It looked more ghosty before though:

I prefer the ghostly version as it's some sort of ghostly boi who desperately wanted and yearned for many things that were denied him in life.
