When I started this picture I really hated it. Now it's not to bad. I mean lets just ignore the grass, but the lighting I think came out pretty decent.I do not want to win. I think this Bagbean should go to someone more deserving and who wants it more.
So this is just gift art for the winner.
I thought about this amazing watercolor image that Hayao Miyazaki made for Nausicca a bit when I did this.
Geeze, If you like Studio Ghibli I strongly recommend getting the "Nausicca of the Valley of the Wind Watercolor Impressions" book. It is gorgeous and filled with various cover and promotional art for the manga.
