Vision: the highlighting and shading techniques have been used extremely well in this drawing! I also like how you made the blushing looker try realistic too. The white outline is a good touch too add to a png image as it makes the picture stand out more.
Originality: all I can really say for the originality section is "what can possibly be more original than two characters in love?"
Technique: I like how you used a pen/brush that changes from thick to thin depending on how you move it, also, I love your shading technique.
I don't really know what to say about the impact apart from the fact that this drawing has a lot of great impact!
