hrrmmmz...pretty hard to explain... so many ways you can start... for this one i initally just did a difference cloud render in photoshop and changed the levels

This is, by far, my favourite piece yet, the amount of detail is amazing. That's going on my desktop. Stunning work.
I will, if I may point out one tiny thing:there seems to be some unnaturall looking edges; to the top left of the top moon for instance.

hmmm.... hard to say.... on and off maybe.... hmmm....8hrs+
layers..mmm....even harder to say....my computer is pretty slow so i have to merge layers constantly...but relevant layers.... maybe 30 to 50?
