heh well I love the background. the water and the effects are pretty well done. and its a very beautiful octopus lady. I wish I could help her with that hook.. oh well you did a great job on her body. the tentacles are very detailed and well done. and I like the way you did her breasts too. awww I can see the tears on her pretty face... poor girl... well her eyes are pretty well done. the coloring job is fabulous. awesome job sweet. keep it up

According to the color wheel, blue and orange are the primary contrasts amongst each other.
Perhaps make the water reflect a sunset above? Maybe a sunrise?
