...under age?......not really.....I know there are far more questionable images out there in the perverted world....this one still looks tame in comparison.........
.........I'd think there would be higher chance of copyright infringement since the original artist from Pixiv did NOT give permission to have someone else make money of his/her artwork, by putting it on a mat .

...I really don't know all the details....but unless the actual artist would have said, "Yes, you can use my image and make money off it by printing it on products and selling them"......it's sounds rather questionable...-_-
Most Orica cards are the same....I believe....that unless the artists of the artworks used on those cards, actually said someone could make money off cards that contained his/her artwork/s....it sounds iffy...

BUT, there is SOOOO much out there; so many cards and mats and other products using artworks without permission....it's impossible to stop them all...sadly -_-

...since you purchased the product from someone else who made it, I don't think you're in any problem though...just the other person has a chance of being at risk/liability........but like I said, I don't know all the details regarding such an issue
