I love this design - not only because it features some sort of sentient cybernetically-enhanced plant with a thirst for blood, but also because the smaller things like the loose cable, torn shroud and cracked glass instantly communicate a story of escape, struggle and violence. I would love to see a sci-fi/horror film (short or long) based around this being, whether it serves as a rebellious, misunderstood champion or (preferably) a heinous, vengeful experiment gone horribly awry.
Also: the other equally awesome pieces of concept art in your gallery have most definitely earned you a watch.

Brilliant design. Very clean, I love the hodgepodge of elements- the variant physiology the legs are based on, and the spur-of the moment suddeness of the ripped-up curtain and the still-attatched laptop and cable.

Uncommon concept that could've been really overly silly... but you've executed it with a perfect mix of humor and your very distinctive level of intricate well-though-out details that create a more serious tone. All of the tech-y bits are plausible and believable looking... basic and functional with no frills added. Strong resemblance to real-world medical equipment and modern robotic apparatuses especially with the subtle details like the labels/stenciling/serial numbers, but with a distinct not-so-far-future sci-fi style and inventiveness.
The computer interface/monitoring system is the icing on the cake here. That little detail really ties together the design.
Can imagine so much backstory with this character just from a quick glance... and then the details draw you in even more. Nice touch that the legs look standard but the arms are mismatched and more experimental, like they were the most recent installations. Gives you an implied timeline of the creation and backstory...
Wonder at what point they decided to give it mobility after discovering (or creating?) and studying it's sentient nature... Did it ask for that? Were they just trying to push the envelope in botany/neurobiology/robotics? Or was it just a "oh hey guys i have a great idea lets give it a robot body what could possibly go wrong?" type deal. Bet it was planning on escaping all along and biding it's time until it was physically capable. Ha ha.
