Yep, I am doing another round of these.#2 of 6 for Fall 2013: Power Armor
Kinda silly. The idea is that when this guy talks, the sheer POWER of the armor causes the air around him to shimmer with strange light effects.
I had to do something to animate him talking ... but he doesn't have a mouth, so ...
Close up, there are still some blue pixels around the eyes. Sorry! I'm still learning some new animation software. This error is only on the gif, not on the in-game sti file!

Is there any way we could get a tutorial from you on how to get these wonderful custom portraits in the game?, using the editor you gave a link for in another post

It's easy!
Download my zip file (current version www.sendspace.com/file/76h0t9 )
Unpack the zip file using unpacking software such as 7-zip www.7-zip.org/
You will end up with a /data folder and a /patches folder. Just put those folders in your Wizardry 8 directory! You shouldn't even have to overwrite any files (if you do, back them up first).
Note that I don't have ALL of my portraits in there, just the most recent batch. I lost all my old .sti files ...
