I'm feeling very sich today and my flippin' brain ain't functioning properly today so explaining (and flippin' speaking) things might come out in a way that makes it hard for people to understand.
Today i tried to speak to my lil' sis and i went something like "i is not handling well it" if you litterally translate it to English xd so bad.

Alright!
I used Paintool SAI to draw.
I sketched withΒ the Watercolor tool and i also used that tool for colouring.
For the blurred out Rainbow-colors on Gaster, i used the Watercolor tool as well but i had the destiny at 15%.
To keep the colors inside the shape of Gaster, i used the Preserve Opacity option on the left side of your screen.
And for the background i just got a greay color with the destiny of 15% and blurred that out completely. ^^
