Another one from 2007.Here we have Tikal sinking in quicksand while Knuckles must fight off Super Sonic in time to save her.

What was with the idea of the Fleetway Super Sonic being evil, anyway...?

He didn't start evil. He was originally a hyperactive, destructive berserker. It wasn't really until issue 80 when Sonic fell through the energy field in the Emerald Chamber that Super Sonic went fully off the rails... and when he got separated from Sonic, he got even worse.

Super Sonic ended up in the Special Zone where he was recruited by a villain called Lord Sidewinder (they had a deal in which Sidewinder delivered Sonic and then Super Sonic would aid Sidewinder's gang in taking over planet Meridian... Super Sonic of course double-crossed Sidewinder once Sonic had been lured into the trap and tried to destroy all of them, and Chaotix.

Heh, easy to tell that it's Fleetway since Super Sonic is evil and Knux has a metal ring instead of a birthmark.XD
Tikal does seem oddly cute in her peril.

I never got to see any of the Archie Sonic comics, but I made up for that with the Fleetway ones. I have loads and loads of strips that I've drawn... somewhere.
The last few years it's been single shots like these, and I do have more to upload.

Heh, I'm pretty much the opposite of you, I'm mostly familiar with Archie, but started to get into Fleet-way recently.^^
I don't know if you'd be into this, but I think it would be kind of funny/cool if you drew Moraine Blackthorne from the Nameless Zone sinking in something.^_~
