Ok, here we have another part of the project that I am collaberating on withIn a reality where all of the canon Sailor Senshi from our solar system (except Sailor Pluto) were reborn not as humans, but as Youma in the Dark Kingdom's armies, there are almost none that can stand against Queen Beryl and her quest to find the Silver Crystal, awaken Metaria, and conquer the universe.
Sailor Phoenix is one who dares to try, and is now facing off against Youma Hurricaine - the reincarnation of Sailor Uranus...

Yeah, the knife went a bit wrong and I didn't correct it in post-production. This was fun and also a bit of a challenge. I'm not convinced that I shaded the skirt right to properly make it look like it's flaring outwards in the wind... that probably would've been easier for a single-colour skirt than one with the flame motif.
Basing Uranus' youma form on her Senshi element just seemed... right, in much the same way that I did Mercury & Neptune based on water.

Now I see Usagi's youma form as a type of anthro rabbit who carries her own head around. A reference to the White Rabbit from Alice In Wonderland and his master the Queen of Hearts always chopping off heads. I can imagine her holding her head in hand arm, and either carrying a big fancy royal looking axe for the other arm or having the big fancy axe BEING her other arm.

I can imagine those she 'infects' with her essence becoming 'Headless' [link] in victorian era clothes via them looking in a mirror set up like a magician's box (where you can move the top half of the mirror away).
Heracain is too undisciplined to control and curse anyone with her essence.
The twin's 'spawn' victims would be two people at a time turned into faceless humanoid water being shaped like conjoined twins.
As for Spore, I'm coming up blank.

There's a big A-3 group pic that I have been kinda stuck on since I started this project. So far in it I've done the youma forms of Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars... and I'm very stuck on Jupiter. I also hope to have Venus in there, and maybe Saturn

I guess it's a safe assumption that all of these youma are under 'Dark General' Pluto's command?
I still think Hurricaine after Aquari and Marina feels too generic. (though I do like the theme of them having the same first letter as their human incarnations, it's not blatant but is a tag enough to keep track of who is who). Youma Heracaine?
She seems like a youma who charges who first at the enemy, is spontaneous and unpredictable in combat to the point of being feral. She retreats and attacks again with no set pattern, hissing and snarling wildly.
She sees herself a totally and completely free spirit. Not bound by anyone or anything. She obeys her master out of fear of punishment, attacks humans for the need to feed, and fights magical girls either to sat her base need for violence. She has no attachments to anyone or anything, she is a solitary ego. Because she is such a wild card, she is used in missions that require absolutely no stealth and no real plan other than 'swoop in and began harvesting energy.' She feels nothing when her fellow youma are destroyed, their fate is their own, their own choices, just like hers is.
Youma Aquari see her as a random factor, Aquari loathes random factors. Youma Marina considers her an irrelevant beast/thug/creature/psychopath who no appreciation for beauty.
Hurricaine for her part is disgusted with the two, seeing a pair of youma is heavily supporting/dependent on each other is an antithesis of the stand alone freedom she likes to think she enjoys. She NEVER stays still, constantly moving one place to another, going only where her whims take her, following any set pattern only when her general commands her to.

I like your analysis of her personality... almost like how Haruka wanted to escape her responsibilities at first - to be as free as the wind, only this time, she is the wind, but instead of having the 'succeed at any cost' focus and determination that she had as a Sailor Senshi, she's wild and dangerous in a new way. That is certainly appropriate.
What the youma-senshi think of each other is always fun to consider too

Can't think of much for Spore however. She'd be immature, vicious, sadistic, but at the same time fun seeking, fun loving, and playful.
She'd LIKE to team up with Heracain (thinks she's cool), but the wind youma doesn't care for her for odd reason.

Do you really think she'd go to the trouble of making herself a Dark Kingdom identity so she could watch over the youma senshi in the hopes of making them human senshi... and then let them serve under anyone else?
