Ok, here we have a sneak preview of my upcoming Jellax story
Tuxedo Mask, Sailor Uranus, and Sailor Neptune have travelled to Nemesis on the trail of Chibi-Usa's kidnapper and with a plan to restore the Sailor Senshi to normal.
Unfortunately for Uranus and Neptune, Tuxedo Mask has already failed, leaving them no chance of rescue or restoration.
There is nothing they can do now except struggle in the slimy embrace of the former Sailor Senshi and experience their own conversion...

You make a valid point, but I think you're forgetting that people who refuse to join your family tend to be brought over unwillingly.
As for "why", well... there's a few different reasons.
