Butterscotch! (Cute, but how'd that name come up?!)
Fluttershy's dress is kinda hard to draw
Both being timid but gentle, they could easily blossom a quiet relationship but it would probably take forEVER to get started! Here I imagine with her wing blocking her blushing face, FS gets the courage to grip his hand, uttering a tiny "Yay!" So cute!

Okay, here's my idea on how these two ultimately get together:
The two already like each other, but neither is willing to push forward because of their shyness. They start to have a conversation, both desperately trying to work up enough nerve to let the other know their true feelings, but they keep fumbling their words.
All of a sudden, Rainbow Dash and Blitz walk by and see the two. They both know that these two like each other, and it pains them to see their inability to confess to each other. So, without saying a word to each other, Dash and Blitz smile mischievously at each other and make their way behind their respective counterparts.
Without warning, the two Rainbows push Fluttershy and Butterscot's heads toghether, making them kiss. The two immediately turn red with embarassment, but after a few moments of being paralysed like this, they start to kiss for real, eventually leading to them just going at it passionately.
Dash and Blitz, pleased at a task well done, give each other a thumbs up before walking away, leaving the two new lovers to their business.
