I really like the colour scheme that you've used in this - I'm personally a big fan of muted, neutral-esque shades and seeing this in your picture is refreshing, because it adds to the overall feel of it well in my opinion. The detailing that you've put on the girl especially is a nice touch, because it all comes together to make her look more interesting; everything from her large doe-like eyes, the little crown-like headpiece underneath her fringe and the little bell she's holding are my personal favourites. She looks very pretty; I like it

One thing that I noticed though, is that the colours of the lines that you've used blends a little too much into the background - I had to click on to the picture in order to see it properly, and I think that you were going for a lighter 'dreamy' feel for the piece (which I think you've done very well regardless) you could make the outlines of both the girl as well as the unicorn a touch darker so as to make them pop even more. And one more little nitpick is that the fingers on her free hand look to be a tad stiff, so maybe simply bending them in a way over the unicorn's jaw that it looks like she's supporting its head would look more natural. 

But with all that being said, I think you've done a good job with this - keep it up!

I like it: it's the proof that you don't have to follow realistic proportions to do something good, on the contrary sometimes it's better to "stretch" them.
But my advice is, the colour is too much, brutal word incoming, "monotonous": the subjects seem to fuse with the background, great for a dream picture, but not for a portrait. Maybe a little more outlining could improve it

Wow, this looks super good! I'm really impressed, it has a really awesome feel to it! I think that the shading and stylistic anatomy are the definite highlights of this piece.
The colors are a bit bright, which makes it a little hard to see, but it's not that bad. One thing I would definitely try to fix/improve on is the unicorn's back legs. They are a bit too short, even if you were using perspective, so they appear a bit shorter than they should. It also looks like the unicorn has a wing (so is it a pegasus now?), and I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, but it appears to only have the one wing. If there is another, at that perspective, you should be able to see it. Another point I'd add is that her eyes are quite large and cover her hair in some places. Another thing I'd like to point out is that her right (our left) hand seems a bit stiff and out of place. Maybe you should consider connecting the girl and unicorn by having her wrap her hand around the unicorn instead of being splayed out straight so stiffly?
Like I said before, this is a great piece of art overall. I rally do love the color, shading, and overall form. They eyes in particular draw my attention, and the whole thing is very well drawn! This is definitely something to be proud of. Keep up the amazing work!
