I found this one on the rocks near ocean, as so many others (they run away ) , I have been told they are wild and not to touch them ...well I didn't touch this one but at least I manage to get this shotRelated content

Nice capture! I like how the viewer seems to be the object of interest for this cat. The kitty blends in a bit with the rock and to me that makes the photo more interesting. I've often found that our indoor cats will try similar strategies to blend in... It's good to know that outdoor cats do the same!
Seeing how close the camera appears to be to this kitty, I would say this is probably an outdoor cat- not a completely feral cat. As you said, feral usually turn and run at the approach or sight of humans, and are virtually impossible to get close to. If their ear was clipped then we would know for sure that it was a feral, but it's not, so we can only really guess.
