Gauche and india ink on illustration board. Gauche is an opaque watercolor with qualities of acrylic and water color. It's fantastic but takes a lot of confidence to use. I sure was nervous doing this piece. Kiwi is one of 's and mine's characters. She's a cute snow leopard girl who apparently grows up to be really pretty!Related content

I heard guache dries pretty quick and is opaque, so it's hard to mix colors on the canvas and make smooth transitions. You did that just fine here!
Maybe it's really not that hard and I've never got the chance to see for myself, since schools are pretty low on moolah
