Description Whooo finally finished this commission for ! It took me a while and a lot of work but I think it paid off! ^_^ He really likes it too so I'm happy. It's his character Kimmiru having some tea and enjoying the fresh night air. ^_^
I actually drew a background, and more interesting lighting! ^_^ XD
I tried to write "Lucky Fox" in Japanese on the paper there but I'm not sure if that's a strange way to say it or not, or if my handwriting is any good. ^_^;

This art is by and the character Kimmiru belongs to

Ooh, pretty! It turned out so well!
I love the atmosphere and the lighting coming from the fox spirit, and well as the top-down perspective! ^^
And OMG THOSE EYES ARE GORGEOUS
So sparkly and pretty and ahh!
And the little spirit fox I wanna huggle him to death so cute!

I would like to mention though, that I think the Japanese would actually be 幸運な狐? I'm still learning and I don't know if there's anything special for paper charms, but I don't think 間がいい means lucky? (I could totally be wrong though!)
Because 幸運 (koun) means fortune or luck, and 狐 (kitsune) means fox, so you connect them with な (na) because koun is a na-adjective (which is named so creatively, don't you think?).

Eeee thank you, so many kind words!!<3 ^_^

Well I was trying to look it up and this page: www.tanoshiijapanese.com/dicti… told me it meant lucky, I'm not entirely sure either though and the way you know to say and write it might be better even if they both translate that way, I've studied some Japanese too but I'm kinda' rusty now. ^_^;

No, I totally understand! Japanese is evil to learn, plain and simple. Well, at least it's not English ;
And when I'm kinda lost, I use this app that basically lets you ask questions to native speakers. You can say stuff like, "does this sound natural?' "what does this mean" etc. and they answer back, usually pretty fast!
(I feel like this is some sort of sponsored comment... ; I swear it's not)

As long as it's -just- for tea or talking she wouldn't mind at all. Anything more than that and I don't think either her or her husband would appreciate it X3
