It looks cool, but some critiques: maybe its better to advance hair shading? Her top shading looks a little strange.In my opinion better to use 3-colour shading. I think shirt needs more wrinkles to look better. Maybe some highlight will make it better too(on eyes, hair, body, spear and stocking).About spear, maybe it will better to give it a little volume? It looks cool, but like a paper.behind the spine there is an area that i coloured like body. Is it her other hand? or background that was coloured by mistake. For the hand it looks like a line. And background was made as a lazy variant(Maybe you were tired to draw it good?). But anyway, at all it looks good. Good work!!

Indeed, doing background is not my best skill,it is my worst skill actually, I'll try to improve it.
The part behind the spine you mention is her arm, I should have been more cautious about shades in order to depict that better.
And for the spear, I have substitute that by a Katana handle (I don't have staff or spear for better reference), I have to study more on materials and inanimated objects.
