Happy Easter!
I thought I would do a different kind of Easter drawing. I actually had this planned since August last year, when I did this photo shoot with my friend. She is wearing my favourite bra and my bunny ears, it look so cute on her I think.
I have put quite some hours into this drawing. I worked a lot of her face and eyes, to make a smooth skin and some natural looking light blue/ grey eyes, as oppose to the more dark blue I usually do when using colour pencils.
I wanted to do a sweet drawing, with a bit of seduction into it.
I like how the background turned out though I had my struggles with it, because of the paper not taking the pastels in very well.
Made with colour pencils and pastels.

Amazing, I have no other words for this.. well, it's not an work for me, it's like, an fine art, the best. Her eyes, the innocent face, the abs. She is sexy, the perfect woman maybe, but, I would like to see her in clothes, i wouldn't like see a woman almost nude if she dont wanted to be nude.Rape is not correct!

So realistic. Did you get the white highlights in her hair using pastel, or is it the white paper showing through?

Thank you much Anna. I used the white of the paper to create the white higlights. That's what I usually do.

That's so clever! I know it's what's normally considered good watercolour art, but it's the one thing I've never managed to achieve, as for some reason (probably due to having normally worked in oils in the past) I never "see" the highlights before I start painting, only after do I realise where they should be.
