Oh I'm in there with all the MK fangirls. My brother and I would always play ever since we got the first one all those years ago on SNES. For at least two years my brother went as Sub-Zero and Scorpion for Halloween. I would have gone as Scorpion because I'll always love Scorpion best, but my mom already had enough with sewing my brother's Sub-Zero costume so I didn't want to bother her since she had to make skating dresses as well.

I was like six or seven when I first played MK. I was seven when the movie came out and my parents took me to the late night drive-in to see it. Nothing says happy MK fangirl like a late night viewing of the first movie when you were playing MK just hours earlier. Even at that young age I enjoyed them, always feeling that Scorpion was cheated out of everything.

I love the MK movie, despite the elite fantards who rage against it. It was great, portrayed the characters pretty well (Liu Kang was a bit dickish, but then again, so is Liu Kang.... >___>), and I LOVED Linden Ashby as Johnny Cage AS WELL as Christopher Lambert as Raiden. ,,ouo,, My my. So many sexy mens.

That movie is so goofy and awesome. <3 I hope the new one coming out does not fuck everything up.

I'm a girl, and I LOVE Mortal Kombat! I used to play the video game on our Sega console with my older brother all the time when we were kids! (I would ALWAYS play as either Sub-Zero or Jade) My brother even went as Scorpion one year for Halloween!
(He also had a Raiden costume, but the only part I ever saw him wear was the hat!
