Rally's a very active character, and would take pride in being a bit of a hard-body, I think. However, I think if you look at her lower torso, her abdomen is being shown in a profile that's in a bit of conflict with the slight twist of the hips needed to bring the right buttock into the shown profile.
As a detail, the waistline of the panty holding the magazine is a little off, since the material would be under tension from the point it leaves the metal of the magazine until it was back in contact with her skin, which would be further away from the magazine, and would result in the strap being straighter than the curves you've shown.
The pistol on her thigh would probably be held with a garter, and would probably be against the inner thigh, since if she wore a skirt, the pistol would be obvious through the material of the skirt, even if the skirt was loose.
