She acts much older than her age and is very responsible being the eldest of a very large family. She loves cute things and if she had her way the whole flat would be full of tiny, adorable pets. She is a neat freak to an almost obsessive level. The only time you'll her her raise her voice is if someone doesn't use a coaster! Having said that, her outbursts are quite scary, possibly due to their rarity. She enjoys needlework.

Unfortunately for her, she works as a call-out cleaner and her most common customer is Basil's boss who is a huge arsehole. Due to her unrelaible schedule Thea comes and goes as work demands.
