Description
Shadow the Hedgehog is my favourite Sonic Character, as you could guess from my (possibly previous) username. Despite the obvious broody emo nature, he has a very good design and provides some very good stories to the Sonic Universe (I'm talking mainly about Adventure 2, his Story in 2006 and in the Sonic Universe Comic Series.)In this version, based on the version I did years back, I added a bit more muscle tone and made him more 'human' in proportions, while keeping a little bit of cartooniness.
The symbol on his hand is what I now call the Ambiguity Trigon, a symbol of Balance, Knowledge, Power and Courage.

In the old series, I intended it to be a symbol of divine power. Showing light, dark and balance. The symbol appeared on his hand with his first encounter with nightmare moon. As a mark of his ascension.

Transmutation circles are a form of focusing your alchemy. Alchemy is like a type of science. Alchemy got famous due to the hit manga and anime show Fullmetal Alchemist

Actually it's Arceus' symbol... It appears when Shadow starts to remember his true past... It's kinda like a tatoo only it shows through clothes.
