Un Allosaurus qui ouvre sa bouche pour attaquer, ou bailler, je sais pas en fait... L'Allosaurus est un Théropode qui ne possédait pas des mâchoires très puissantes, mais qui pouvait ouvrir très grand sa bouche (un peu plus grand que celui sur ce dessin en fait) et son crâne solide combiné à des muscles puissants du cou laissent à penser qu'il se servait de sa mâchoire supérieure comme une hache. Il la rabattait sur sa proie, ses dents crénelées traversant la chair, et il rejetait ensuite sa tête vers l'arrière provoquant une grande et profonde blessure d’où le sang coulait abondamment, épuisant ainsi sa victime qui mourrait à cause du choc et de l’hémorragie (ouais, je sais j'ai l'âme d'un poète). Ce dessin est le premier dessin d'Allosaurus que je met sur deviantART, et je suis plutôt content du résultat.An Allosaurus who opens its mouth to attack, or yawn, I don't know actually ... The Allosaurus is a Theropod that didn't have strong jaws, but who could open its mouth very wide (a little wider than the one on this drawing actually) and solid skull combined with powerful neck muscles suggest that it used its upper jaw like an axe. It stroke it on its prey, its serrated teeth penetrating the flesh, and then it threw its head back and causing a large and deep wound from which the blood flowed profusely, exhausting its victim who died due to shock and haemorrhage (yeah, I know I have the soul of a poet). This drawing is the first Allosaurus that I put on deviantART, and I'm pretty happy with the result.

Yeah, the things they had to eat weren't whimpy pieces of meat on legs that waited here for the first predator to eat them. They were just as badass as their predators.

Mais en moins rapide, les dents des Théropodes devaient percer les gencives alors que chez les requins les dents de remplacement sont là depuis belle lurette et n'ont qu'a glisser de l'arrière de la bouche vers l'avant.
