Description
Losing a lot of Pokemon for Sword and Shield is a huge disappointment for a lot of people, me included. I hope the game lives up to the hype either way. I might not like the direction the series is taking, but I hope you do!

I hate how you added Totodile to this as one of the disintegrating Pokémon as it's my most favourite Pokémon. It's your fault he's not in the game because you predicted he's absent from it. I hate you.

Eh I feel its a proper cut. with so many pokemon as we got its logical cuts to have to be made at some point to keep quality up.
I rather have quality and a good game than all the pokemon.
Nobody will use all 800 pokemon anyway.

One of the issues I have is that, while the game will now cost $20 more and is on consoles for the first time, cutting up the roster just doesn't make the more expensive price worth it. From what we see, the graphics and animation mostly seem like an upscaled 3DS version of the SuMo games, too.
But at the end of the day, all of this is subjective. I might not be fine with it, but I know there are a lot of people who don't mind the cut. It's your money, after all. You decide whether you want to buy it or not.
